How does it work?
When you Purchase a new James, Henry, Hetty, Micro, Xtra, Harry, Charles or George from our Domestic Section we can arrange to collect your old Henry when we deliver your new machine.
Provided your returned machine is eligible for this offer (see below) we will send you a cheque for the agreed amount. |

What machines are acceptable for Part Exchange?
Basically almost any Henry or Commercial Henry with a rewind flex. Underneath the handle you will see a curved label that will have the model type stamped on it.
Eligible model types are as follows:

What do I need to do?
1. When you order your new machine please ensure you tick the "Part Exchange" box before you click the "Buy Now" button.
2. Please arrange to box up your old machine and any of the hoses and tools in a suitably strong cardboard box (or similar) and tape it up well. If the driver thinks your packaging will not survive the journey he may not accept the parcel and the opportunity will then be lost. We cannot re-arrange a free collection.
3. When DPD deliver your new machine there will be a return label attached to the outside of your delivery. The driver will then stick this label on to your old boxed machine and bring it back to us.
4. When we receive your machine we will send you a cheque for the above immediately |
